Clearer skin

Excellent! This supplement is AMAZING! It has completely cleared up my skin. In my early 40s, I have struggled with acne for my entire adult life. Solgar Skin, Nails & Hair combined with drinking 3 litres of water daily are doing wonders for my skin. It took about 3-4 weeks to notice changes, and I have been taking only half the daily dosage for about 5 months now. I am relieved to no longer feel depressed about my skin. I highly recommend this product for anyone suffering from acne!

Healthy hair growth

It really helps! I've taken the "skin, nails & hair" supplement for more than 6 months, so I feel confident in recommending it. While I haven't noticed any significant change in my skin and nails, my hair has flourished! My baby hairs have grown incredibly; I can tuck them behind my ears now. Additionally, my hair looks healthy and vibrant. I vary my dosage between 1 and 2 tablets daily, and it works wonders!

It seems to work! I have thick straight hair, which started to fall severely in my early 30s. After trying numerous shampoos and supplements, I am delighted to have discovered "Solgar Skin, Nails & Hair". After using it for 3 weeks (twice daily as prescribed), my hair is back to its shiny and bouncy condition, and hair fall has reduced dramatically. My nails also grew quicker and feel stronger. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and will order again!

Perfect skin, nails, and hair. I have been taking this supplement for three months and have noticed significant improvements. My previously dry skin is now moisturised and normal. My nails are stronger and grow much faster. While it's still early to judge the impact on my hair, hair loss has certainly reduced significantly. I highly advise everyone to try this!
